Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do you take to set up?
1 hour set up time is required. We are a live band with professional equipment, not a 2 piece band with
a Mic, Keyboard, 2 speakers and Mini Disc Player.

Q: What are your playing times?
We arrive at 6:30pm to set up , ready for an 8pm start, finishing at 12 midnight. If we cant get in to set up
at 6:30pm, then our start time will be 1 hour from the moment we get access to the (cleared) stage area.

Q: What happens during your breaks?
We will play music at whatever volume is requested, so people can carry on dancing if they wish.

Q: Do you play venues with sound limiters?
No! These can sometimes be set off by the single hit of a drum, and honestly there would be nothing worse
than everything going dark halfway through a song - let alone the thousands of pounds worth of damage to our equipment when the electricity is quickly restored.

We would strongly advise people who are wanting live music played to avoid the handful of venues who
have these. Alternatively, choose a "band" where all the sounds bar vocals are either pre-recorded or come
from a keyboard instead of live instruments, which can be turned down easily to the level of a small hi-fi.

Q: How far in advance do you take bookings?
We take bookings often up to 2 years in advance, we have to work on a first come first serve basis, so we
alwaysadvise booking as early as possible!
